I had a lot of fun designing a sci-fi city for this short film which was a collaboration between Olly Alaxander of Years and Years and director Fred Rowson. 

Behind the Scenes
A scene was blocked out in 3D using models from various asset libraries. In order to save time, small details such as the street lamps, trees, extra lights in windows, etc were all added as part of a photoshop paint over.
